It's never been more important to ensure we are all enveloping our teams with Psychological Safety. It might seem obvious to empower teams, and to allow them to think and speak freely, but sadly, it's not common enough. So this course was invaluable. Really enjoyable, a great mix of theory and practice, with quizzes to make sure I'd paid attention, as well as practical tools so I could actually implement what I'd learnt. I'd urge any team leaders to take this course and be accountable for truly making your teams psychologically safe. It's win, win!

This course has come at just the right time. The COVID- 19 challenge has left us needing to find new ways to deliver whilst asking our colleagues to work in an uncertain context. The course helps open up the space to enable honest and courageous conversations and find new ways to work together. An excellent programme! As I've come to expect with Making Change Happen, the content is solid, evidence-based and also practical. Sandie breaks down what can be a nebulous topic into 12 clear tips and practical steps for action, making it highly accessible for leaders at any level. She talks through clearly each component of psychological safety, clustering them into meaningful learning units, and giving thoughtful questions and suggestions that can be applied with your team. The short bite-sized modules kept it engaging and meant I could dip in and out if I needed to. The programme includes access to high quality articles and talks and comes with an excellent playbook which helps to reinforce learning and record actions and next steps. I highly recommed the programme!
