Sandie is an Organisational Psychologist, a Co-Active Training Institute executive coach and the founder of Making Change Happen. She specialises in group behaviours, looking at how the social aspects of each workplace shape these and is also the lead course tutor. She has spent more than 20 years helping clients such as British Airways, Unilever, the Department for Education, Reuters, the UK Home Office, Pearson, HSBC, the Cabinet Office and many more.

Really enjoyable, a great mix of theory and practice, with quizzes to make sure I'd paid attention, as well as practical tools so I could actually implement what I'd learnt. Sandie breaks down what can be a nebulous topic into 12 clear tips and practical steps for action, making it highly accessible for leaders at any level.
